The ability to search the transcript by speaker name, date/time, location, keyword ...etc would be great for quickly making the transcript useful without having to necessarily go through the AI model.

Where is often as important as when and what was heard. I want to browse the timeline of my life with location, audio and video.

Store personal conversations with friends, colleagues, their likes, dislikes, birthdays and small things about them that will help me be a better friend, partner and a colleague. This way I can simply ask the pendent about someone I care about without the worry of remembering everything about them.

Some speaker identities in the transcription are inconsistent. For example, Speaker A is now labeled as both Speaker A and Speaker C. This likely happened because both speakers have similar voices and were mistakenly identified as the same person, especially when they talked over each other. When I try to change Speaker C back to Speaker A, it updates all instances throughout the transcription, treating Speakers A and C as the same person. Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be a way to reset them to ensure they are identified correctly again.

Right now, it only captures the words. There's no indication of the sentiment or emotion. For example, I had it transcribe while I was playing a YouTube video of an SNL skit. It was about a doctor informing the family that their father didn't survive the operation. It was all humor and silliness. But from the transcript, you'd think it was a serious conversation. If Limitless could pick on on things like laughter and tone of voice to get a sense of the humor or emotion behind the words and somehow note that in the transcript, that would be awesome!

With time we get several tasks suggestions and have to delete them individually. Would be great to have a way t bulk delete tasks suggestions

Being able to support other types of calendars and email clients like Outlook.

For Rewind users, the ability to recall over an extended period of time is the ongoing value. The ability to migrate our storage to Limitless (or perhaps even export from Limitless into Rewind) would allow users to test both options and transition between them.

Show recordings made on the Web/Mac app in the lifelog.

Imagine being able to ask Limitless questions out loud - using your Pendant and AirPods - and get real-time answers spoken back to you. Need to recall what you said in a meeting last week? Want a summary of your last conversation about a home project? Need to hear your next calendar appointment or respond to an email - hands-free? This feature would enable: • Real-time voice conversations with your Limitless memory • On-demand answers based on your past recordings • Integration with email and calendar via voice commands • Optional internet access for real-time information • Voice queries and replies automatically stored as memory This would turn Limitless into a true voice-first AI assistant that works wherever you are. This seems like a logical next step that would be a complete game-changer!

By being able to tag an item (note/transcript/life log, etc.), I can know what I was doing, such as talking about a particular project, or dealing with a client, etc.

User Story: Extract Reminders via API As a Limitless user I want to be able to access and extract my reminders programmatically through the Limitless API So that I can integrate those reminders into my own applications and workflows, automating follow-up actions or syncing them with other productivity tools. Background: Limitless currently manages reminders within its internal ecosystem. Providing an API endpoint for reminder retrieval would enable external systems to query, filter, and synchronize reminder data seamlessly. This feature aligns with Limitless’s goal of being an interoperable productivity layer. (See limitless.ai for product background and API philosophy.) Acceptance Criteria: • The API exposes an authenticated endpoint to retrieve a user’s reminders. • Responses include metadata (e.g., ID, title, tags, other metadata available). • The endpoint supports filtering and pagination. • API documentation includes usage examples and rate-limit information.
