I remain concerned with privacy issues, particularly in states like California where recording conversations requires the permission of all conversation participants. I did experience, in conjunction with an appointment with my doctor that I was specifically asked to grant permission to the utilization of an AI application on her phone, but what happens when that request is not made?

The next step after HIPAA compliance would be to integrate with electronic medical record systems. I would say that Epic would be the best bet to focus on out of the gate, as they have a significant market share.

It will be a tremendous technology for Medical Education where "verbatims" are a key part of the learning process.

Work in the Texas Med Center- I use my pendant for all non-clinic aspects of my work. HIPAA would me AMAZING to allow effortless workflows and event capturing.

I’m a hospital doctor working in the NHS, in the UK.

I’m interested in buying the Pendant to use in work for dictation and transcription. However, I have big concerns ordering it, as in the NHS we need to adhere to very strict information governance policies.

I second the other professionals and I would love to see a significant development to allow for the Pendant to be safely used in clinical settings. Otherwise, I would have no use in the Pendant - as I’m not interested in using it outside work.

There are an increasing number of healthcare conversational AI models running on someone’s phone, so Limitless should not dismiss this significant market - or else it will lose many potential clients.

As a final suggestion, a trial transcription of medical information has been very poor - I’m hoping this will get much better!

    Thank you

This is absolutely necessary for my line of work, doing psychotherapy and working in the clinic. There needs to be a clear HIPAA compliant label on this product.

More info doe non-US health systems would be great. I am an expat in the UK and rely on voice recorder on my phone for appointments (to help prevent misunderstanding or gaslighted.) I am curious how other countries may be accommodated for healthcare discussions.

Very important in health care. Adding my name to promote this as someone else will figure it out and get the business

I plan to use this AI device when I meet clients. I’m a psychotherapist, HIPAA is very important for me and my clients. Should there be a different mode when you’re at work working with clients

Last of the Pre-AI EMR's are lumbering around. Wearables will meet EMR AI capabilities half way and are essential for teaching rounds.

Once this is available, it would be very helpful to have medical consultation recording and transcription available.

HIPAA-compliant automatic generation of patient notes is a huge value for physicians. Don't snooze this for long or someone else will swoop in on this.
