This could more generally be a feature to improve communication based on context of who I’m talking to. For instance my wife loves talking about the kids. Remind me about that and shut me up about TSLA 😂

I could really use this with a push notification. Basically me vs an LLM in concise mode and send alert when LLM would stop, adjust conciseness target in settings haha

This would be extremely useful for me! There is a lot of crosstalk in meetings that I'm a part of. In addition, we also have a great deal of "supportive overlap" which I think is the linguistic term for what @London mentioned their Italian colleague does. If Limitless were able to identify and tag when speakers are talking at the same time it would be extremely beneficial.

    +1 THIS!

To enhance this maybe something like a visual 30 second rule counter whenever you stop speaking

Would be nice as an extension / extra feature that could be turned on, especially if detects whenever anyone is interrupted. Would help me notice if women in my lab are being interrupted more often and have the data to help address that better.

That said, I also have an Italian member of my lab whose natural interactions are to say “Yup” or “Mmhmm” or “Yeah”, fairly loudly while people are talking because it’s part of her culture and communication style. For people who know her, this is a sign that she’s invested in what you’re saying. For people who don’t, it seems like an interruption and they stop speaking until they realize she didn’t have a follow-up.

So nailing this, especially with culture differences, will be difficult. Will definitely need a way to edit if it misses an interruption or classifies something as an interruption that isn’t one.

If things turn badly, you could go back and learn what triggered it, and improve yourself for next time
