YES....We need audio! We need to be able to share it and listen to it.

Please add access to audio. Transcription is often very poor quality so audio is necessary to correct the notes.

Exporting the audio files is necessary for proper documentation. The transcript alone isn’t always accurate.

As a musician not being able to capture information such as tone, timbre, and rhythm makes the app and device way less useful than I was expecting. *Really need to be able to access the recordings.* Compression is so good nowadays that the file sizes are negligible.

I don’t think this device is worth any monthly subscription if there’s no way to play back the audio. Was very surprised and disappointed to find that this is not an option.

Just received < 24 hrs ago. Feeling excited. I think there is HUGE value even without the ability to access the audio, however, on principle I think the correct privacy / customer-centered business decision is for you to offer audio retrieval - i.e. "customer source data". Not to mention have a "Will Smith a la Hitch" in my ear giving me advice ;)

I was so excited for this, I waited for months, I bought it thinking you could access the audio. It’s such a beautifully designed device and you can just tell that mic array is goated. Super disappointed that I can’t hear it. would have bought like five of these.

Yes, this is a HUGE drawback if unable to listen to transcribed content. The transcription is nice but without being able to hear it, things are more confusing if the speaker is only identified as speaker 1. This is a big disappointment that a feature promised is NOT available. Come on. You can do better. PLAUD AI saves the audio in WAV files even.

I thought this was a feature when purchasing. Also, in an earlier review of the help page, it said by clicking on every word, audio woud be played. What happened?
